Luonge chair model n. 829 produced by Cassina in 1960 this model was selected by GIO PONTI for the furniture of the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Sorrento in 1960 adjustable lounge chair ,totally reupholstered in "deep forest green" first class velvet dark walnut and velvet Measures: h. 100, 77 x 70cm ; height seat:38cm very good condition the knob of the handle was probably replaced during the use in the Hotel Biblio: Domus 415, June 1964 pg 34;Ugo La Pietra "Gio Ponti" Rizzoli Ed.
